"Great for people like me who hate looking up rental listings everyday. They guarantee to find you a place

within 10 days or 2 weeks or less (I forget which) if you "follow their recommendations and the Rental

Checklist". I found a place in exactly 10 days. I probably could have found all these listings on my own but

they give you photos of the rentals and go more in depth on information on the rentals, which you could

also probably do on your own if you called the landlords and asked them to email you photos. I personally

found it unpleasant to talk to a majority of these so called "property managers" who sound like they are

doing you a favor by even answering the phone. I'd probably use them again if the price/fee remains the
